The two storey dwelling will replace the previous barn conversion design approved for the site. The existing barn will be demolished, and in its place, a sleek, contemporary home will be built, offering a fresh take on the original concept.
The single-storey dwelling features a unique kinked design that maximises the views across the open fields, allowing for a seamless connection to the surrounding landscape. With a contemporary facade, the home is clad in grey timber and natural stone, blending modern aesthetics with natural materials. The design creates an inviting, light-filled space, with a layout that enhances the overall sense of openness and connection to nature.
